Instant Chocolate Pudding (3.4oz size)

Sour Cream

1/2

cup

Cooking Oil

1/4 to 1/2

cup

Dark Rum

Chocolate Chips

Brewed Coffee

1)

Combine all ingredients (except choc. chips) in a bowl & mix @ medium speed for 2 minutes.

Fold in chocolate chips.

3)

Pour into well greased & floured springform orBundt pan, or 2 loaf pans.

4)

Bake @ 300 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes.

5)

Cool in pan for 15 min. & turn over.

Note: Best if served at room temp. Freezes well.
