Combine all ingredients (except choc. chips) in a bowl & mix @ medium speed for 2 minutes.

Fold in chocolate chips. |

Pour into well greased & floured springform orBundt pan, or 2 loaf pans. |

Bake @ 300 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. |

Cool in pan for 15 min. & turn over. |

Note: Best if served at room temp. Freezes well. |
