LEMON CUSTARD - Olga Daniel's recipe

3 eggs, beat separately
1/3 cup flour
1 ½ cup sweet milk
1 lemon (small)
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp melted butter

Beat egg yolks, add lemon juice, grated rind, sugar, flour milk and melted butter. Then add beaten egg whites. Bake in casserole or custard cups set in pan of water @ 350 for about 45 minutes in a 1 ½ qt. casserole
